Krzysztof Wojtyczek is a professor at the Department of Constitutional Law. He studied law at the Jagiellonian University. He got the doctoral degree in law in 1998 and the “habilitation” degree in legal sciences in 2009. He was appointed Director of the School of French Law in 2000 and acting Director of the Centre for the Coordination of the Schools of Foreign law in 2010.
Krzysztof Wojtyczek has been a member of the European Scientific Council (the scientific council of the European Public Law Organization) since 2006. He is also a member of the Polish association of Constitutional Law, Association française de droit constitutionnel, Societas Humboldtiana Polonorum oraz Association of the Friends of the French Legal Culture (Association Henri Capitant). He was a Fulbright grantee at the George Washington University in Washington, D.C., and a visiting Humboldt Scholar at the University of Göttingen in Germany. He has lectured as visiting professor at different foreign universities.
